How to get a visa?

Almost all foreign citizens need a visa to travel to Russia. An entry visa to Russia is issued by the visa service of the Russian Embassy or Russian Consulate in your country of residence. Visa support includes permission for the foreign citizen to enter the country and registering a tourist voucher in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
