1. We ask to keep quiet after 10 p.m. and not have noisy entertainment events so as not to disturb other residents. Please turn down the volume of TVs, mobile phones and other devices.

2. To assure the safety of the residents, please check in the visitors of the hotel. Any person visiting the residents before 11 p.m. should get a pass without any payment. Any visitor staying at or entering the hotel must pay for the stay at the reception.

3. To ensure the safety of your valuable possessions and cash money please use the safe located in your room and don’t forget to lock your room’s door regardless of whether you are there or are leaving.

4. When leaving the room, please close the tap, turn off the TV and lights and hand in your key to the administrator. To protect your possessions it is advised not to hand in your key to any other persons. In case you lose your key, let the administrator know immediately.

5. Please don’t forget to return the key to the administrator when you check out of the hotel.

6. We appreciate you not changing the interior of the rooms without administrator’s permission.

7. In case of inflicting moral damage the guest must compensate for it financially.

8. Check-out time is 12 p.m.

9. If you want to prolong your stay at the hotel, you must let the administrator know 24 hours prior to your planned leave. The hotel will meet your needs provided there are rooms available.

We will gladly accept your suggestions of improvements to our service. You can do this by filling in the questionnaire.

Fire safety memo

If there is a risk of fire or smoke, an automatic alarm is activated and a message is played on the radio in the rooms:

1. It is necessary to take your valuable possessions and documents with you and exit the smoke-filled building without panic, using the signs.
Help children, women and the elderly with the evacuation.

2. During evacuation in case of fire it is prohibited to use the elevator.

In order to prevent fire hazards, it is prohibited to:

- use flammable lighting devices (candles, lamps, lighters, etc.);
- bring and store flammable and explosive substances and materials;
- use faulty electrical appliances, electrical extension cords for them and homemade fuses;
- cover lighting lamps with objects made of flammable materials.

We kindly ask you to follow fire safety rules during your stay at our hotel.

Carefully study the fire evacuation plan located in your room. If you detect a fire, immediately call 101.

1. Your room is equipped with standard European 220 V 50 Hz sockets. In addition, there is a special 220 V socket in the bathroom for connecting a hair dryer and electric razor.

Please do not use this socket for any other electrical appliances.

2. Do not leave electrical appliances (TVs, chargers, irons, hair dryers, curling irons, etc.) unattended.
When leaving your room, do not forget to turn off the light.

3. Do not expose yourself and others to danger: do not use open flames (such as lit candles), as well as sparklers, firecrackers, etc.

4. We ask you not to store flammable materials in your room, not to use electric heating devices and not to smoke in the hotel.

We remind you that violation of fire safety rules entails administrative liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
